POINTS MODULE

If your company is more of a time/billing focused company then the POINTS module will usually fit your company. The points module allows for you to charge your customers for time (points) instead of tickets.

TICKETS MODULE

The TICKETS module of TicketPay allows you to charge clients on a per ticket basis for their tickets. A customer buys a bunch of tickets and each time they submit a ticket their balance is reduced. If they run out of tickets, they will be redirected to purchase more tickets before they can request additional support.

SUPPORT PACKAGES MODULE

Support packages allow you to sell a bundle of tickets, points, or callbacks for a fixed or recurring price. You can even configure TicketPay to offer unlimited points, tickets, and callbacks for a fixed or recurring price.

SETTINGS & TEMPLATE

There are various settings in TicketPay that you can configure so that you can use the module in a way that fits your business. You can configure things like the departments that should be TicketPay departments, which employees are allowed access to TicketPay functions, and point to min ratio if using the POINTS module.

TicketPay integrates with many popular gateways with new ones being added on a consistent basis. Other gateways can be added by yourself using our gateway API or our staff easily.
